90-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you're not satisfied with your EMS Foot Pad for any reason, you may request a full refund within 90 days of the delivery date.
To start a return:
- Email support@reliefrecoverydirect.shop with your order number and the reason for your return.
- Our team will confirm your eligibility and send you return instructions (including the return address).
- Ship the item back to us. Once we receive and inspect it, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note:
- This guarantee applies to one (1) redemption per customer/household, applied to your first EMS Foot Pad bundle purchase.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect (see below).
- Original shipping fees (where applicable) are non-refundable, except where the return is due to our error.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your EMS Foot Pad arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@reliefrecoverydirect.shop with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a prepaid return label and issue a full refund or replacement at no cost to you — this doesn't count against the 90-day guarantee above.
Non-Returnable Situations
We reserve the right to decline a refund if:
- The 90-day window has passed.
- The guarantee has already been used once for the same customer/household.
- The return is a result of misuse not covered by normal use of the device.
