Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of purchase (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email once your order ships, including tracking information.

Delivery Time

Once shipped, most orders arrive within 7–10 business days. This is a typical delivery window, not a guarantee — actual delivery time can vary based on your location and carrier conditions, and we'll do our best to flag any known delays.

Shipping Cost

Free shipping is included on all current bundle offers at checkout. Any changes to this will be reflected in your cart before you complete your order.

Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, or if your order is significantly delayed past the estimated window, contact support@reliefrecoverydirect.shop with your order number. We'll work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange a resolution.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@reliefrecoverydirect.shop — we can update it only before the order ships. We're not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
